Welcome to Leny!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Leny mobile application (the "App") and the services provided through the App (the "Services"). The App is owned and operated by Leny ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you are under 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

2. The Services

Leny is a house management application designed to help you and your household members organize chores, manage tasks, track completion, and communicate effectively within your household.

3. User Accounts

Registration: To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Household: The App allows you to create or join a "Household" with other users. You are responsible for who you invite to your Household and for all activities of your Household members within the App.

4. User Content

Your Content: The App allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content that you post on or through the App.

Content Rights: By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the operation of the App and our business.

Prohibited Content: You agree not to post User Content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or otherwise injurious or objectionable.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Leny, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leny and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the App; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
